SHM Wednesday night's program guide for kpfk, 28 Jan 2026
When that Man is Dead and Gone (1941)—protest song against Hitler Trump Link:
Dear listeners of SHM and KPFK, I am seeking your sincere input, help, and assistance regarding a grave matter and that has to do with how to make kpfk financially stable and reduce the number of fund drives by a lot of days/months. Since Maggie was assigned iGM in Nov 2024, a lot of improvements have been achieved. I mean real financial stability that the station doesn’t have to struggle day to day to think/talk about finance so we can concentrate on better programming and better servicing our communities, especially now with all the fascists and fascism that has its death grip on our society, people, and communities. So please, let’s discuss this very vital issue via email at shmkpfk@gmail.com
I am seeking a few experienced radio production volunteers to help remotely with SHM program. We are expanding our reach.

Here’s tonight’s program run down.
Dave Emory, For The Record (FTR) 864 on the topic of “Interview with Peter Levenda about “Ratline” and Other Books”. Dave Emory recommended this show which draws correlation between Nazis and Trump’s policies of anti-immigrants, ICE raids and killings. Dave Emory produces a weekly FTR program, which has been broadcast for more than 45 years, examining the interconnecting historical processes, people, and institutions which shape the complex geopolitical landscape, and exploring the roots and movement of fascism at home and abroad. On correction: Paul Leverkun was a key Bilderberger, not president of the EU.
